Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He is the pastor's director to the Acts 29 Network. He is passionate about educating the future generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board to Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online pieces and is as a contributor to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Redefining Lives by God's Unchangeable truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
